Weekend in DeWitt

This past weekend we went and stayed with Jason's folks at their house. We had a late Christmas gathering and celebration there with Jason's sister Nikki and her family, who were out of town for the holidays. The Bailey boys were at their prime and Maddy fit right in. The kids had a ton of fun playing together, running around the house with the baby buggy. Maddy really seemed to especially adore Lane. She would follow him around and try to play with whatever he was playing with. It was really cute.

We all had a really good weekend. It was a lot of fun and great food as always. Maddy enjoyed her time with her cousins, but also had a lot of fun with gramma Nancy. Jason and I had his work party Saturday night so Maddy stayed back with grandma and grandpa. They didn't have a lot of time to play though as Jason and I were running pretty late. He couldn't get me away from the TV as the Packers were playing the Seahawks in the playoffs and I didn't want to leave the game. :)

Sunday we went out for brunch and then had to get on the road to hurry back for Sarah's Princess House party. After the party, we went to our other neighbors' (Mark and Shelly) house to watch football, eat pizza, and play guitar hero. Another great eventful weekend.
