The nice thing was we got to enjoy the beautiful sunrise, when it finally rose at 6:30 am. We decided to take a nice walk along ht water in front of the Beach House Restaurant and then down towards the harbor. Everyone was still sleeping except Grandpa who we met up with on our way back. He was headed to the harbor to pick glass. When we got back we woke up Grandma so we could go to orientation for a free breakfast. Maddy tried some fresh watermelon and pineapple. It was funny because she really like the pineapple but thought the watermelon was sour. I think something is wrong with her taste buds.

It was Superbowl Sunday so after orientation/continental breakfast we needed to get munchies and do the usual Subway sandwich. Dad and Grandpa went to pick up the subs after Jason and I took Maddy swimming in the pool. The water was freezing bu once you got used to it, it felt great. Maddy was really tired and started to fall asleep in her floaty, so we decided to bring her in. She was still pretty messed up from the 5 hour time change. While up in the room , we saw a school of dolphins playing just off the shore in front of our resort and some humpback whales blowing water. It was an amazing sight from our 4th floor lanai (balcony). The super bowl started at about 1:30 pm so we had to put the binoculars away to come in and watch the game. It was a great game although Maddy slept through the entire second half. I think she thought it was night time. She had a tough and crabby evening once she woke up, but we didn't want her to sleep anymore so we tried to postpone bed time by playing and going for a walk. I had her in her Snugli carrier and she lasted about 20 min. and then fell asleep.

We tried to wake her up to feed her when we got back at about 7:30 pm but she was out. Whale watching really wore her out.
