Fowlerville Fair

Now well over a month ago (I know I am way behind but as you'll see in the next zillion posts that we've been extremely busy), I took the girls to the Fowlerville Fair with a bunch of our friends and daycare provider. She got special child care pricing (only $5.00 for a wrist band) so it was awesome. We had a great time looking through all the barns at the animals while we waited for the rides to open. The weather was a bit hot but there were no lines for the rides so we kept moving which made it not seem so bad. Only the small rides were open for the preschool kids so the place was empty for a fair. The kids had a blast and we definitely made out with the unbeatable price. Thanks Karen!

That evening we went with the Schmidts to a movie in the park down at the Thompson Lake City Park. It was pretty entertaining watching "All Dogs Go to Heaven" in the middle of an open field on an inflatable movie screen and it was even free! Well... our taxes pay for something right. Next summer we are going to have to hit a few more movies in the park.
